Got a quote from them. Waited days for the repair because they don't take appointments. Finally was able to bring in the vehicle and they sent us an updated estimate for hundreds of dollars more than the original quote because of additional repairs they said were needed. Asked for a breakdown of the costs, and the cost of the requested repair alone was several hundred dollars more than the original quote. We said thanks but no thanks. The icing on the cake was they charged us a $75 diagnostic fee. Shameful.

Best honest high quality service and prices in the area. Have had some major engine repair and most recently a radiator replaced. Very fair price and quick repair. We also use this shop for oil changes.

I have brought many cars here over the years. I trust the mechanics and service writer to do what they see fit. I recently brought my 2020 Subaru outback in for a check engine light. They had previous knowledge of the issue that was going on based on Subaru standards. They went above and beyond the call of duty by reaching out to a local Subaru dealer to share the code that they found in the issue in my car. To which they informed me that the service outright would cost $3000 versus going to the dealership and getting it under warranty. They didn’t have to do this, they chose to do this. That is why I stand behind this business and whoever is running it. Your team is doing a wonderful job. Thank you so much for your honesty, that doesn’t come frequently in the car industry. There needs to be more car repair businesses like this out there.

I don’t write reviews but I wanted to write one after the fantastic service I received here for many years. I have been going to Roswell Auto for a decade. I know that when I go there, they will give me honest feedback and only tell me what my car needs at an affordable price. I would recommend Roswell auto to my family and all of my friends. Carl, the owner, is dedicated to offering top notch service and his hallmark is honesty with all work performed to perfection at a fair price. He runs the most professional auto repair shop that I have ever seen. The next time that you are in need of a car repair or service, take your car to Roswell Auto Center.
